March Hare Machinations ("we," "us," or "our") built the VistaScore Scoreboard app ("the App") as a tool for scorekeeping on iPhone and Apple Watch. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App stores your game settings locally on your iPhone, including points to win, win-by-two preference, score cap, team colors, celebration style, and display preferences. These settings are stored using Apple's UserDefaults framework within the App's private sandbox.
If you leave a tip through the App's tip jar, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.

Game scores are held in memory only and are not persisted between sessions. Your game settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults framework. No data is stored on external servers.
